Specialisms

  • Accredited Master Executive Coach

Anna coaches established executives and high potential leaders from a wide range of professions, industries and scales of organisations. Her clients share a desire for personal growth and a need to successfully navigate key transition points for themselves, their teams and their organisations.

Using a deeply developmental approach, she supports her clients to expand their self-awareness, build their careers and leadership skills and enhance their performance. Inspired by a systems psychodynamic approach and ecological concepts, Anna works with nature to increase self and systems awareness. Whether in-person or online, her sessions are stimulating and provide a supportive and challenging space to focus on development.

An accredited Master Executive Coach with over 20 years of business leadership experience, Anna understands the challenges of leading large multidisciplinary teams, delivering organisational change and directing a divisional P&L. Having developed her career at Ashridge Business School and ActionAid, she is now an independent executive coach, working with leaders either via their organisations or privately. She is on the executive coaching panels for Warwick Business School and Henley Business School and develops other coaches in her role as a certified coach supervisor.

Anna is accredited as a Master Executive Coach by the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision, holds a postgraduate coaching qualification from Henley, is certified as a supervisor for coaches and consultants (by the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations) and has an Executive MBA from Hult Ashridge (formerly Ashridge Business School). She is also trained as an Advanced Practitioner with Harthill Consulting in their ‘Developmental Inquiry’ methodology and is authorised to use their psychometric instrument, the Leadership Development Profile.

Having been raised in Switzerland, Japan and Hong Kong, Anna brings to her work a passion for learning about people’s cultures and experiences. She spends her spare time in her garden or walking in the Chilterns.
