Ashley is a financial services professional with over 17 years of experience across retail, commercial, insurance, wealth and investment functions. Their career includes senior operational leadership, multi‑site management and the delivery of complex regulatory and strategic change. They have worked extensively in operational resilience, economic crime prevention and large‑scale transformation, and contributed to the establishment of a new technology centre in India to strengthen capability and knowledge transfer.
Their research and practice explore broad questions around leadership and how people make decisions within complex organisational settings. Ashley is interested in the factors that shape decision processes and the ways in which organisational dynamics influence how leaders think and act. In their professional work, they draw on a blend of strategic insight and practical experience to help teams work effectively through uncertainty and deliver meaningful change.
