Catherine Wilton is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.

Her research explores the role of coaching in providing the support women need to thrive at work through the menopause transition.

An experienced coach and leadership development specialist, Catherine has over 25 years' experience supporting individuals and teams to be the best they can be, across the private, public and voluntary sectors. She is accredited as a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is a qualified coaching supervisor.

Catherine earned an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change (Distinction) from Henley Business School in 2024, where she received two outstanding performance awards. She has a BA in English Literature from the University of Sheffield, 1995, and two postgraduate certificates in Leadership and Education respectively.
