Christina holds an MBA in Economics and has over 15 years of experience as a coach. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has been training coaches with ICF-accredited programmes since 2011. Christina has developed leadership training based on professional coaching competencies and leadership theories, and has trained organisations globally with her programme, Coaching Approach – A Way to Improve Interaction with People.

In addition to her coaching and training roles, Christina is a mentor coach for individuals seeking ICF certification or looking to enhance their coaching skills. She has completed the Mentor Coaching for Credential training and holds a certificate confirming her assessment and award according to ICF standards. Christina is known for her positive, driven and goal-focused personality, with clients describing her as warm, committed, competent and inspiring.Christina resides in Sweden and primarily works with Swedish clients, though she has extensive experience with clients worldwide.
