Deji Fisho is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
His professional background is in banking, finance and digital payments, with more than 20 years in the private, public and development sectors. In addition to a successful banking career, Deji project-managed and led organisations in digital payment services, private public partnerships (PPPs) and sustainable energy. In his capacity as a consultant, entrepreneur and policy specialist, he advises and collaborates with international organisations including Ingenico (France), C40 Cities (UK), the United Bank for Africa, the British Council, Mobile Telecommunications Network (MTN), Total, the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Peugeot and Accion International.
Deji holds an MSc in Psychology, graduating from the University of Reading in 2021. He also earned an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria, in 1996.
