Dirk is an executive coach and consultant specialising in leadership development, team coaching and organisational change. With extensive experience in senior leadership roles across the media and commercial sectors, he has led teams through complex transformation initiatives and strategic realignments. His expertise lies in bridging the gap between leadership, strategy and performance to create sustainable organisational impact.
lAs part of the executive coaching faculty at Henley, Dirk contributes to the development of senior leaders through evidence-based coaching interventions. He holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change
(Distinction) and a PGCert in Team Coaching from Henley. An accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the British Psychological Society, he integrates psychological insights and behavioural science into his coaching practice. Dirk is also a coach supervisor, supporting the professional development of fellow coaches.
Dirk’s academic contributions include research into coaching in educational leadership. His paper, ‘thematic analysis of the experience of educational leaders introducing coaching into schools’, co-authored with Professor Christian van Nieuwerburgh, was published in the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching in Education. His research-informed approach draws on transformational leadership theory, systems thinking and behavioural change methodologies.
As a founding partner of Blank White Page, Dirk works with senior leadership teams navigating periods of growth, acquisition, restructuring and cultural change. His focus is on enabling leaders to align h organisational strategy with leadership practice, fostering high-performing teams and embedding change
at both an individual and systemic level.
