Dr Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurial Leadership at Henley Business School. She has over ten years' experience working with global organisations in diversity and innovation and teaches on the Masters and MBA programmes.
Shaheena is an award winning Forbes contributor and author of two books; 'Championing Women' and 'Succession in Asian Family Firms'. She works with Board, C-suite and senior leadership to develop innovative approaches to promote effective culture and working across teams and organisations. She also works with NGOs, public and private business leaders all over the world, including FTSE100, Fortune500 and Magic Circle firms, global tech and financial institutions and government departments to help them transform their cultures, encourage agile thinking, improve workplace culture.
Having worked in various regions, Shaheena is experienced in the sectors of engineering, chemicals, technology, charity, finance, private equity and banking. Her gender research and policy work includes reports for the Commonwealth Heads of Government summits and input into policy recommendations for the W20 summit.
She set up the Henley Centre for Entrepreneurship, building the foundation for students from across the University of Reading to study entrepreneurial leadership at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
