Dr Tineke Wulffers

Tineke is the Director of the Moya Institute of Authentic Leadership Effectiveness (SA). She is a post-graduate lecturer, supervisor and examiner at the Stellenbosch Business School (SSB) in South Africa, and at Henley Business School (UK).  Her unique value-add and knowledge is in the area of the development of individual and team Systemic Authentic Leadership Effectiveness.  

 Tineke understands the link between driving the bottom-line, performance, and behaviour, and focuses on working with those key leadership individuals and teams wanting to perform at their fullest potential towards successfully achieving their most challenging organisational goals. Her work allows leaders to enhance their leadership authenticity, inter-relational trust, and individual and team leadership effectiveness.  With her underpinnings, such as leadership development, adult experiential learning, positive psychology, and systems thinking, Tineke supports leaders in their journey towards true and empowering authentic leadership effectiveness, allowing them build their personal, interpersonal and professional leadership skills.

There is immense value in being both a practitioner and researcher in the area of leadership development, and especially in the area of Authentic Leadership, which is currently being focused on in response to the recent spate of reported unethical scandals in the organisational world.  In all that Tineke strives to endeavour to stay true to her own authentic leadership purpose, which is to facilitate the development of increased moral and effective leadership globally, in all spheres of life.
