Efuntomi Wosu is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
She is currently working on her doctoral research. Her research focuses on leadership virtue character and development, with a specific interest in applying MacIntyre's virtue ethics to leadership virtue development, particularly the role of practical wisdom and moral courage in human flourishing.
Efuntomi has considerable experience in business management and consulting, supporting entrepreneurs and medium and large enterprises. She holds an MBA in Leading Innovation and Change, with Distinction, from York St John's University and a BSc in Computing from the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, University of Greenwich.
