Graham Heddle is an executive coach with over thirty years of international experience across banking, private equity and leadership advisory. A former Partner at private equity firm Primary Capital, he has worked closely with senior leaders, boards and management teams to navigate growth, change and complexity across a range of sectors.
Graham’s coaching combines strong commercial judgement with a reflective and appropriately challenging style, helping leaders gain perspective, strengthen decision-making and build confidence in their leadership. Clients value his ability to balance strategic rigour with deep curiosity about how leaders think and perform under pressure.
Alongside his coaching practice, Graham lectures on leadership, negotiation and the application of AI in leadership development. He has founded and co-founded two assessment and advisory ventures that combine psychology, data and AI to improve how leaders are assessed and developed, working in collaboration with experienced organisational psychologists and technologists.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is an accredited executive coach.
Graham is fluent in German, speaks several other European languages and divides his time between London and Dorset.
