Hiroyasu Eguchi is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Hiroyasu's research covers corporate governance and sustainability, with specific interest in board governance, sustainability advisory committees and chairperson leadership. He has more than 15 years' experience as an equity analyst, investment manager and stewardship officer at global financial institutions.
Hiroyasu obtained a Masters degree of Commerce and Management at the School of Business Administration, Hitotsubashi University, Japan, in 2006. He also earned an undergraduate degree in Physical Education at Nippon Sport Science University, Japan, in 2004.
