Huma Zafar is a PhD researcher at Henley Business School. Using her training in statistics, informatics and urban planning, her current research interest focuses on the use of machine learning and big data to measure and model the impact of green policy changes on investors’ behaviour and the pricing of sustainability features of real estate assets and firms.
