Jenni Sandford-Nedoszytko is a Lecturer at Henley Business School.

She has more than 35 years' experience in the areas of leadership, training, coaching and mentoring. Working in corporates, NGOs, charities and academia as a trainer and coach, Jenni specialises in the development of future and senior leaders and teams. She contributes to the development and delivery of the Senior Leader Apprenticeship Programmes.

Her academic foundation is in leadership, having earned an MA in Leadership at Henley Business School in 2020. She also has a strong background in training, coaching and mentoring, working with leaders and teams, as well as training and mentoring Communication IQ coaches and consultants globally.
