Katharina is a people and organisational development professional with a background in economics and adult education. She has worked as a trainer, coach, consultant and leader in consulting, research, premium and luxury industries, as well as in her own start up.

Her research and practice focus on leadership, motivation and the quality of relationships at work. She is particularly interested in how human connection shape performance, well-being and learning cultures. In her professional practice, she translates robust scientific insights into practical frameworks, learning journeys and reflective spaces that help leaders and teams act with more clarity, courage and compassion.
