Lindsey’s passion is helping leaders to flourish and be at their best, in order to create an extraordinary experience of the workplace for their people and drive outstanding business performance. A former HR director and leadership development specialist, Lindsey spent 22 years working in multinationals such as Barclays, Diageo, Vodafone and Experian, before establishing her own executive coaching and consulting practice.

Lindsey combines her personal experience of navigating the corporate world with her psychological training, helping leaders deepen their self-insight and develop new habits and ways of thinking to deliver sustainable behavioural change. She has a particular interest in working with strengths, purpose and resilience, and harnessing emerging insights from neuroscience, to help leaders succeed in complex, uncertain environments.

Lindsey is qualified to administer a range of psychometrics, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, Strengthscope, NEO Personality Inventory and the Primary Colours Leadership Assessment. She is a certified Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England and a UK Athletics licensed Leader in Running Fitness, planning and leading weekly club runs for runners of all abilities.

Lindsey’s MSc research, Flourishing in the face of fear, focused on enhancing wellbeing and positive coping in the parents of children with life-threatening food allergies.
