Lukas is a Lecturer in Real Estate within the Department of Real Estate & Planning.
Lukas studies topics in the intersection of Urban Economics and Urban and Regional Planning. In his research, he utilises both partial-equilibrium econometric tools and full-equilibrium quantitative spatial models.
Before joining University of Reading, Lukas studied PhD in Economic Geography at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to that, he worked as a city planner at the Prague Institute of Planning and Development and for Deloitte Czech Republic in Real Estate Advisory.
