Maria Richert is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.
Her main research interest is the economic diversification of emerging markets with vast natural resources, as well as business and economic digital transformation and company strategy to deal with changing environments. The geographic scope of Maria's research covers China, Russia, Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
In 2021 Maria was awarded an MSc in International Business from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Her undergraduate qualification was a BSc in International Economy and Trade from Tongji University, China, in 2017.
