Dr Martyn Jupp is an External Consultant in Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour at Henley Business School.

He consults on the Improvement Leader Apprenticeship and Henley Executive Diploma in Managing Business Transformation. Martyn is also a Fellow of the UK HEA.

As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Martyn has a 20-year track record of highly effective business change through product and process improvement. He is recognised as subject matter expert in product and process improvement methodologies, including Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control (DMAIC) and Define, Measure, Analyse, Design, Verify (DMADV), along with change management strategy and implementation, systems engineering, data-led problem resolution and process design and re-engineering.

Martyn is accomplished in increased business cost efficiency and product quality and has successfully delivered multi-million-pound projects. His expertise in knowledge transfer comes from his strong people skills, first-class analytical skills and exceptional Lean Six Sigma knowledge.

He is passionate about helping leaders, managers and colleagues develop their skills and experience to generate substantial and sustained business improvements to meet People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost (PSQDCC) targets. Simultaneously, Martyn is focused on creating a strong culture of continuous improvement throughout the business at all corporate levels.
