Mike is an experienced strategy consultant, facilitator, executive coach and designer of learning programmes for senior leaders. Since 2001 he has taught strategy on Henley Business School’s executive programmes. He now concentrates on individual and organisational change within custom designed leadership programmes at Henley and via his own coaching practice.

Mike’s background includes executive education, management consulting, strategic planning and engineering. He was formerly Head of the Executive Education group at Imparta and led the development of the award winning Strategy CoPilotcomputer simulation and its application with corporate clients.

Prior to joining Imparta in January 2000, Mike was a board member of Arthur D. Little's Global Strategy & Organisation Practice and led the UK Strategy Practice for three years. His earlier career includes nine years' experience in strategic planning and managing change gained in a variety of organisational settings at British Aerospace (now BAE Systems).

Mike has worked directly with a broad portfolio of large corporate clients and professional service firms, including KPMG, WPP, Rolls Royce, American Express, O2, EDS, IBM, Finning, United Welsh, SABIC, IVECO, Premier Foods and many others.
