Technology acceptance of Enterprise Information Systems and Digital Transformation
My research is about exploring usage and adoption (via TAM/UTAUT) of enterprise systems digital transformation from a human-centric perspective. The goal will be to highlight the central role of People in digital transformation of enterprise systems projects in large multinationals and to potentially improve the success rate of digital transformation programs.
