Jingyan (Adam) Wang is a PhD student researching the intersection of digital leadership and organisational semiotics. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Management and Marketing from the University of Dundee, and in International Business and Finance from the University of Reading. With over a decade of professional experience across IT, retail, and education, Adam integrates technical expertise with strategic business insight. His research interests include digital transformation, leadership innovation, and the role of leaders' meaning-making in organisations.
