Experienced consultant with 35+ years in industrial enterprise, corporate finance, project management, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Expert in business incubation, feasibility studies, investment strategy, and startup mentoring. Now pursuing academic research in entrepreneurship and innovation through a PhD at Henley Business School.

Professional Experience

Munther began his career as an Industrial Researcher at the Gulf Organisation for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) (1986–1991). He then moved on to serve as General Manager of several industrial companies within Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (1993–2004). Later, he assumed the role of Director of Projects & Investment at Qatar Foundation (2004–2015), where he played a key role in managing an endowment investment portfolio, establishing the Qatar Business Incubation Centre, overseeing feasibility studies, and leading various entrepreneurial and SME development programs. Since 2016, Munther has been leading Grow Enterprise in the UK, providing consultancy and training services in SME management and business strategy, while mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and students in business fundamentals.

Education & Certifications

Munther holds a Master’s degree in Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA, 1993. He is also certified in Investment Management (IMC) from the UK CFA Society, holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and is a member of both the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute.
