Nick began his leadership and organisation development (OD) career 25 years ago and, before joining Henley, held director roles in a number of professional service firms and as Professor/faculty at internationally renowned business schools.

Nick is an applied business psychologist, working with senior executives and their teams to improve organisational performance through OD, strategy execution and culture transformation. He helps clients develop practical, context-specific solutions, putting their development budget to work on real business challenges. His current area of focus and research is supporting executives so that they can acquire the specific skills needed to develop robust and resilient eco-systemic leadership. Nick approaches his work with compassion and care, building deep trusting relationships that enable his clients to achieve the critical insights necessary for enhanced performance and development. He is committed to co-creating sustainable personal and business impact.

He has held the roles of programme director and lead faculty for a variety of leadership development programmes spanning many sectors and has run programmes for the UK Government. Nick has designed and been involved in running large scale transformation events for a variety of clients wishing to reframe their strategy (he has deep expertise in techniques such as Open Space, World Café, Future Search). He is also a member of a core team responsible for designing and delivering a completely virtual, executive leadership programme for a global automotive organisation.

Nick is trained in a variety of psychometric tools and instruments and is an accredited coach. He is also currently undertaking a professional doctorate.
