Nicole Tovstiga is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Her research interests include organisational change and innovation, business ethics and how organisations and stakeholders negotiate shared meanings through social evaluations. She has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics and Knowledge Management Research and Practice.
Nicole completed an MA in Social Anthropology at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) University of London in 2017, an MSc in Business Analysis at the University of Reading in 2010. At undergraduate level, she earned a BA in English Literature at Royal Holloway, University of London, in 2009.
