Ola Oladosu is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.
Ola's research interests are in the fields of dynamic capabilities, organisational learning, knowledge management, change management and organisational development.
Ola gained his MSc in Knowledge Management for Innovation from Cranfield University in 2016. His BSc was in Library and Information Science, which he earned at Delta State University, Nigeria, in 2007.
