Paulina Ojo is a Lecturer at Henley Business School.
An interdisciplinary lecturer with more than 17 years of experience in developing innovative pedagogical strategies, Paulina draws on her background as a practitioner to bring practical business expertise to her teaching practices. Her current research investigates how individuals navigate the pursuit of career meaning with the cultivation of moral behaviour when faced with conflicting institutional norms and expectations.
Paulina is committed to advancing educational equity. Her pedagogical research focuses on identifying and deconstructing the structural barriers that perpetuate attainment gaps.
Her teaching philosophy is grounded in authenticity and the conviction that learning thrives when theory and practice inform one another. She is a qualified End-Point Assessor and an award winning coach, dedicated to supporting high-quality outcomes and professional growth for learners.
She holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Business Management and a Masters in International Business Management, supported by over a decade of senior management roles experience with leading international hotel brands, mainly within the Accor Hotel in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Paulina's industry expertise enables her to bring a distinctive dual-sector perspective to the evolving landscape of teaching and learning.
