Peter Molyneux is a Visiting Fellow at Henley Business School.
Having an excellent track record in developing partnerships across health, housing and social care, Peter promotes the integration of services and support the implementation of policy. He places a high priority on working with patients, carers and the public to increase their influence on strategy and service transformation.
Peter is particularly interested in how boards can take responsibility for and track organisational reputation. He collaborates with the John Madejski Centre for Reputation as a research partner.
Organisations he has delivered projects for include the Department of Health, the Welsh Assembly Government, the Extra Care Charitable Trust, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and the Shaw Trust. These projects covered governance, integration and partnerships.
He is Chair of South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust and was Chair of NHS Kensington and Chelsea from 2005 to 2011. In this role he built a partnership with an excellent local authority to strengthen accountability and make better use of resources, turned around a £26m deficit to a break-even position over two years and led the Primary Care Trust in developing a new approach to its estate. Peter's other experience includes serving on the board of Westway Development Trust, the Homes and Communities Agency's Advisory Group on Older People and Vulnerable Adults, the board of the Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation and as a non-executive director of the Richmond Fellowship.
