Priya’s particular area of interest is flow, which is the state of deep engagement and optimal experience that enables individuals and teams to perform at their best. Her interest in flow originated long before her research career, through her experiences as a Bharatanatyam dancer. This early exposure to disciplined practice, focused attention and immersive performance continues to shape her approach to coaching, teaching and leadership development. She is passionate about helping leaders create environments in which people can thrive, contribute meaningfully and achieve their potential.

Priya holds an MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School and an MSc with Distinction in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), holds Henley’s Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, a Diploma in NLP Coaching, and is a Master Practitioner in Change with the British Quality Foundation. She is committed to her own continuous professional development and brings academic rigour and practical experience into her teaching and coaching.
