Dr Purvika Dev is a Lecturer at Henley Business School.
She works in industry and academia as a Business Psyhcologist, specialising in the development of senior leaders and the design and implemention of programmes for high potential and future leaders. Purvika contributes to the development and delivery of the Senior Leader Apprenticeship, Business Administration programme.
Her academic foundation is rooted in human behaviour in organisational settings. Before transitioning into academia, Purvika built a career in leadership development and consulting, specialising in human behaviour in organisational settings. Her work aims to bridge theory and practice, empowering individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential.
