Sarah previously spent four years as a senior member of Henley Business School's Careers and Professional Development team. She designed and delivered the careers and professional development module of the MBA and providing one to one career coaching for executive MBA students.

She is a co-author of The Coaches Handbook, Succeeding as a Coach and Coaching Tools and co-editor of Third Wave Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, published in January 2022. An executive coach, since 2013 she has led her own coaching practice following ten years of corporate experience in the utility sector and has successfully supported teams and individuals to confidently navigate change. She enjoys working with high achievers, helping clients to flourish by shaping order out of chaos and challenging them to find their edge to stride forwards with confidence and clarity, making conscious choices and taking purposeful action.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, master strengthscope practitioner and licensed Myers–Briggs Type Indicator and Team Management Systems practitioner, Sarah draws on a number of tools to enable deeper insight and meaningful change for her clients. She is interested in a strengths based approach to enabling change, career, leadership and work-life balance topics. She has a postgraduate diploma in management studies and is completing an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change.
