Sarah is a lecturer in coaching at Henley Business School, co-editor of Third Wave Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (2022) and contributing author to The Coaches Handbook (2020), Succeeding as a Coach (2021) and Coaching Tools (2021). Prior to joining faculty Sarah spent four years as the lead career coach for executive MBA students at Henley Business School, responsible for the Career and Professional Development module of the MBA.

Sarah has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, a PGDip in Management Studies and a BSc in Geography. She is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a master Strengthscope® practitioner, MBTI® practitioner and team management systems practitioner.

Sarah is an executive coach and has run her own practice since 2013, providing career and leadership coaching to senior executives from a range of professional backgrounds. Sarah has a decade of experience in the water industry building a strong reputation for leading and enabling business change, successfully supporting teams and individuals confidently navigate change.

Sarah enjoys working with high achievers, helping clients to flourish, shape order out of chaos, challenging them to find their edge, to stride forwards with confidence and clarity, to make conscious choices and take purposeful action. Sarah’s style is warm, calm, pragmatic and naturally intuitive. She is described by many as an empathetic listener and compassionate collaborator who brings constructive challenge, new perspectives and supportive encouragement.
