Dr Selin Kudret is an Associate Professor in Leadership and Academic Director for Consulting and Advisory at Henley Business School. From 2021 to August 2026, she was Programme Director for the Army Higher Education Pathway (AHEP) Degree Programmes.

A chartered psychologist, Selin has 23 years' experience in industry, academia, consulting and public-sector advisory roles. She translates behavioural science into leadership development, organisational change and practical tools for defence, public and private companies.

When leading the academic delivery of the British Army AHEP programmes, she supported more than 1,300 officers across four bespoke Leadership and Strategic Studies degree programmes, including executive masters. She handled the curriculum design, quality assurance, stakeholder management, governance and the accreditation of British Army leadership courses, including the acclaimed Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Commissioning Course.

Selin researches leadership and artificial intelligence adoption, workplace stress and loneliness, organisational culture and values and person-environment fit. Her work appears in elite academic journals, such as Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Management, the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the Human Resource Management Journal.

As Principal Investigator of a major British Council International Science Partnerships Fund award, she formed a women's leadership programme in the AI industry. She earned the Royal Society Parliamentary Pairing Scheme award in 2026, shadowing former Science Minister George Freeman MP, and contributed to the Science, Innovation and Technology Select Committee's responsible AI adoption work and the UK Parliament's Women in Tech Taskforce.
