Servane counts over two decades of experience supporting leaders, executives and professionals across sectors, mainly women focused on creating a social and environmental impact.
She is a professional certified coach (PCC) and ACTC team coach with ICF, a certified coach mentor, a Time to Think teacher, coach and facilitator and Thinking Environment supervisor. She is trained in conflict management coaching, conflict dynamics and strategies, futures-thinking, systems-change practice, design sprints and neuroleadership coaching. She holds a Masters in Modern Dutch Studies from the University of Lille 3 (France).
As a multilingual executive coach, she collaborated with multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams and organisations across diverse social impact-focused accelerators, networks and public–private partnerships.
Servane is an impact-driven leader, experienced board member in international organisations and a strategic ecosystem builder, with a track record across sectors as CEO, managing consultant and collaborator in global social venturing, social impact movement building and social investing action.
As a social business development subject matter expert, and learning programme designer, Servane provided 12,000 individuals and teams with generative support to grow cutting-edge leadership and management skills, overcome complex transitions and flourish in self-confidence. Interventions enabled people to grasp the big picture, co-design new models of delivery, unlock resources, scale strategic, innovative projects and impact investment.
She has been a capoeira player since 1998 and lives in North London with her teenage son, and her partner!
