Servane is a highly experienced thinking partner, executive coach, team coach and facilitator supporting senior, C-suite leaders and executive teams across the public, commercial and social impact sectors, drawing on 27 years at the intersection of social innovation, organisational strategy and human connection.

Previously founding CEO of Ogunte CIC, one of the UK’s first B Corps, Servane has supported more than 12,000 leaders worldwide across global organisations, social ventures and family foundations. She has designed incubation, acceleration, partnership and adaptive leadership programmes, including for Cambridge University, Kering and the Womanity Foundation. She has served on advisory boards, including the British Council’s Inclusive Communities Directorate and Women in Social Finance.

Certified in conflict management coaching, solution-focused, time to think, futures-thinking and executive neuroleadership, and a coach mentor and supervisor, Servane is also trained as a Warm Data Lab host by the International Bateson Institute, and an RSA Fellow.

She has been a capoeira player since 1998 and lives in North London with her teenage son, and her partner!
