Siobhan Twose

Specialisms

Siobhan is an experienced chartered occupational psychologist, and executive and team coach with 25 years’ experience. She has an MSc in occupational psychology and an honours degree from the University of Nottingham. Siobhan is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a senior
practitioner-level coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is also an accredited coach supervisor (CSA). During her period as joint vice president of the ICF UK board, Siobhan contributed to the development of the UK chapter’s strategy.

Siobhan is passionate about coach development and has designed and delivered multiple accredited coach and mentor training programmes, providing training, mentoring and supervision.

In her executive coaching practice, Siobhan works with leaders to help them navigate complexity, lead change and develop the mindsets and behaviours that support resilience and enable them to flourish. Siobhan also works as a team coach with senior leadership teams in the financial services, pharmaceutical, engineering and higher education sectors. She enjoys the interplay between individual and team learning and works to help teams establish clarity of purpose, deepen trust and connection, and create the conditions that enable open and honest debate.

During her career as a consultant, Siobhan has designed and delivered a range of leadership and management development programmes, highimpact development centres and graduate development programmes. She is
accredited to use a range of psychometric and strengths-based instruments to help individuals and teams develop greater awareness and insight into themselves and others.
