Dr Tatiana Rowson is an Associate Professor in Organisational Behaviour at Henley Business School. She is also the Head of Undergraduate Programmes, the Director of Coaching Education and the recipient of a University Teaching Fellowship (2024-25).

Her research interests are the topics of ageing at work and the experiences of older workers, exploring how life, work and career transitions from midlife impact labour force participation and economic activity in later working life. She also studies how individuals make sense of, and respond to, changing circumstances at identity and behavioural levels.

Tatiana's work is multidisciplinary, informed by psychology, sociology and social gerontology theories. She has published in prestigious journals including Work, Employment and Society, Gender, Work and Organization and Management Learning.

Her area of practice includes executive coaching, coaching supervision and leadership development programmes. Tatiana is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the module convenor for the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC).

She brings her industry expertise to her teaching in coaching and personal leadership development, to both post-experience and undergraduate students. Before joining academia, Tatiana spent 12 years as an organisational psychologist, consulting across the UK, Brazil and the UAE in sectors including banking, healthcare and energy.
