Dr Tetiana Hill is a Lecturer in Coaching and Organisational Behaviour at Henley Business School.

Tetiana has 15 years' academic experience in industrial and organisational psychology. She joined Henley Business School in 2026 and has worked in academia since 2011, previously holding positions at Cranfield University and the University of Hertfordshire.

Her research addresses areas of increasing global importance, including human factors, human-technology interaction and personality and individual differences at work. She has worked on several national (e.g. Rolls-Royce, the Economic and Social Research Council) and international (e.g. Horizon 2020) research and consultancy projects, which focused on the growing multidisciplinary field of human-robot and automation interaction, as well as developing solutions that promote individuals' safety, acceptance, satisfaction and performance.

Tetiana has published in highly ranked, internationally recognised journals, including Risk Analysis, Accident Analysis and Prevention, Personality and Individual Differences and the International Journal of Social Robotics. She also serves as a Consulting Editor for the Journal of Occupational and Organisational Psychology.

A chartered psychologist, Tetiana is a member of the British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychology and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She has also served as a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Task and Finish Group at the British Psychological Society.
