Tracy is a member of Henley’s external faculty and currently provides coaching supervision and coach mentoring. She has been a Lead Tutor on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching
(PCEC) for 20 years. She is a chartered business psychologist with over 30 years’ experience as a leadership development consultant, an executive coach and a developer of coaches. She is accredited with the International Coach Federation.
Tracy coaches leaders across a range of organisations and sectors and tends to draw on a variety of approaches, including cognitive behavioural and solution-focused coaching. She particularly enjoys developing coaching skills in managers and leaders and runs a range of in-house programmes to support client organisations in building a coaching culture.
She is a coaching supervisor, having completed a postgraduate certificate in coaching supervision from Oxford Brookes University. Tracy is a firm believer in the power of reflective practice to support the development and professionalism of coaches. She provides group supervision at Henley for then Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, the Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching, the MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change and the Professional Certificate in Supervision. She also provides one-to-one supervision for her own clients.
Tracy is also a coach mentor, providing group and one-to-one mentoring to support the ongoing development of coaches. This aspect of her work is focused on the development of specific coaching skills and behaviours, using a competency framework.
