Weiran is a Ph.D. candidate in Real Estate and Planning at Henley Business School since September 2023. Her research primarily explores the impact of behavioural factors on stock prices, with a particular focus on the real estate market. Weiran is dedicated to examining whether behavioural factors contribute to the analysis and prediction of returns in the real estate market. She aims to incorporate predictors of real estate market returns into machine learning models to achieve more accurate analysis and forecasts. Before joining Henley Business School, Weiran earned her MSc in Economics and Finance with distinction from King's College London.
