Program Highlights
- Industry-Certified Digital Skills Training: 3-day intensive certification in digitalisation and AI, delivered by Huawei experts and aligned with global tech industry standards.
- Employability and Career Development: 2-day immersive training in job search strategies, communication skills, and professional mindset, tailored to UK and Chinese workplace contexts.
- Elite Internship Pathways: 3-month internship with China Unicom (Europe) or partner organisations, with 15–20 places available (subject to employer selection).
- Dual Certification: Industry certification from Huawei and a Digital Employability Certificate from Henley Business School; internship participants receive an official certificate from the host organisation.
- Comprehensive Career Support: Access to UK-based internships through the Henley Masters Internship Scheme, China-focused opportunities via mShare, and global career resources including Student Circus and Asia-focused career events.
- Zero Cost, High Value: Fully funded by Henley Business School (Market Value: £2,000 per student) to ensure our students achieve a superior Return on Investment.
