Mentoring Programme
The RREF Mentoring Programme was set up in 2008 and aims to offer as many undergraduates and postgraduates as possible the opportunity to have a one to one connection with a real estate professional in the industry to better prepare them for employment.
With over 230 active mentoring partnerships, the RREF Mentoring Programme is a powerful example of alumni and supporters giving their time to support current students. Through one-to-one mentoring with experienced real estate professionals, students can develop their understanding of the industry, gain valuable insights, and build their professional networks.
Each year, the RREF Mentoring Awards recognise the exceptional commitment, enthusiasm, and proactivity of both mentors and mentees. Award winners are celebrated at the RREF Recognition Evening.
