Mentoring Programme

The RREF Mentoring Programme was set up in 2008 and aims to offer as many undergraduates and postgraduates as possible the opportunity to have a one to one connection with a real estate professional in the industry to better prepare them for employment.

With 435 mentor/mentee partnerships in 2019/20, the RREF Mentoring Programme is a powerful example of support – as alumni and supporters give up their valuable time for the benefit of current students. Through one-to-one mentoring from experienced professionals, students can increase their understanding and experience of the real estate industry.

Each year, The RREF Mentoring Awards recognise the exceptional commitment, enthusiasm and proactivity of mentors and mentees involved. The award winners are celebrated at the RREF Recognition Evening.
