Pathways to Property aims to widen access to the real estate profession by raising awareness of and aspirations about the vast range of careers available within the industry.

Applications to our November Insight Days for Yr12 students in Leeds, Manchester and London open on 1st August - please click on student link for further information and an application form. Please note our London Insight day is now full.

Applications for our Summer School will open at the beginning of 2025.

The Programme

Led by the Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF) at Henley Business School, University of Reading, the initiative is generously supported by leading real estate firms and a number of charitable trusts and individuals. Through a wide range of fully-funded activities such as an annual Summer School, Insight Days and an open online course, we bring together students, teachers and the industry to support the next generation of property professionals.

After completing either our Summer School or one of our Insight Days we will continue to support students by providing work experience, mentors and the opportunity to apply for a £30,000 bursary if students go on to study a Real Estate related course at any British University.

In addition all students that apply to study Real Estate at the University of Reading will receive a guaranteed contextual offer (2 grades below the current requirements) and a welcome bursary.
