Responsible Leadership and Sustainability
The work in the Centre has developed an approach which allows directors and leaders to understand and consider competing needs of stakeholders as part of a unitary framework/dashboard.

Balancing the competing needs is a real challenge for leaders and boards of directors. Achieving organizational success depends upon keeping multiple stakeholders engaged with your organization, when their underlying needs may often be very different.
Our work sets out to improve our understanding on how leaders can make better decisions with information from multiple stakeholders, and as such increase the shared value created between stakeholders, and reduce the risks to organisations. This can help organisations to demonstrate their responsibility and develop strategies that are sustainable into the future.
In the past, the Centre has helped organizations such as Shell and Zurich Insurance understand and balance competing stakeholder needs.
From 2025-2030, the Centre is committed to working in the third sector, applying our work with board of directors in mental and physical health organisations to improve decision-making that drives better patient outcomes.
