Identify the insights and methods that organisations are currently utilising to improve customer relationships and competitive brand performance

Gain an understanding of how technology and innovation (such as AI) can provide insights to influence customer behaviour and relationships in the future

Gain an understanding of how best to configure channels to optimise the opportunity to improve customer relationships.
