The role of digital technologies on firms' productivity and international competitiveness of UK companies

This project aims to analyse the complex links between the adoption of digital technologies and the international competitiveness of UK companies, both directly and indirectly, through an increase in productivity. The research relies on various sources of data, such as the E-commerce survey, the Annual Business Survey, the Inter-Departmental Business Register (IDBR), HMRC’s Overseas Trade Statistics (OTS), the Annual Survey of Foreign Direct Investments (AFDI).
