From start to finish, our programmes are designed to help you add new dimensions and capabilities in your people and thereby transform the performance of your business in the process. For organisations choosing a closed cohort approach, this is how we support you and your staff at every step.

Our programmes are contextualised through work-based projects. These provide learners with dedicated time to undertake change interventions and apply their learning to gain a better understanding of their organisation, its context and its ability to perform effectively.

This journey provides an opportunity to positively lead and impact organisational change.

Stage 1

We'll work together to assess the opportunity the Levy presents for your organisation and update you on any changes to Levy regulations and what impact these changes may have.

Stage 2

We'll work with you to identify the key strategic issues you wish to address. Then help devise a project plan, agree governance and direct the content and project work towards issues pre-agreed with your organisation. If you require specialist training in an area our academics don't cover, we can also help develop new content or we'll show you how to find another provider to complement our offering.

Stage 3

Once the objectives are set, you identify a group of key employees with the need and ambition to develop new skills, knowledge and behaviours that are in the job role to complete the programme. We'll make sure the employees you put forward are eligible for Levy funding. To choose participants we recommend you select a group of people within your organisation who you see as important to your future and have the skills and drive required to complete the programme selected.

Stage 4

We will induct the relevant members of staff including the apprentice and their line managers - making sure they know exactly how to get the most out of the programme. This includes time-management guidance, HMRC Levy training and learning management advice. We will also provide additional guidance with webinars and written guides to line managers on how to best support their apprentices whilst on the programme.

Stage 5

Throughout the programme, our Apprenticeship Tutors will ensure that your employees are making sufficient progress towards their learning aims. They'll work closely with the learners line managers on assessing the development and support of the apprentice. If required, we'll arrange additional support to help the apprentice fulfil their learning potential. We'll also provide the client with monthly reports to help track apprenticeship progress against the set learning objectives.

Stage 6

Each module combines reflective and work based learning with one-to-one sessions and group masterclasses (all currently delivered live online). This blended approach gets the best out of every type of learner, and ensures that the programme material is relevant to the organisation's day-to-day activities, key challenges and future strategies.

Stage 7

Evaluation of the monthly report with your Account Director provides you with opportunity to assess the impact of the programme,
