Our apprenticeship programmes are broadly for those who have a few years' professional work experience and are seeking to develop their leadership and management skills.
Closed cohorts allow some contextualisation of the programme content specifically for your organisation and can be delivered at locations nationwide.
Consortium cohorts involve partnering with complementary organisations working on similar strategic challenges.
Open cohorts enable a maximum of nine employees per organisation to join with others from a range of organisations and backgrounds.
