Description
Coaching conversations often touch on more than just goals. They can reveal the complex relational dynamics at play between individuals, and in teams and organisations. Sometimes these dynamics get replayed between coach and client during the coaching conversation. Or maybe another relational dynamic, all of its own making, plays out in the coaching room. What’s really going on beneath the surface?
This webinar explores how to recognise, understand and skilfully navigate relational issues such as trust, conflict and power dynamics that may surface during coaching. It looks to offer some hypotheses for further reflection, alongside practical tools to support clients through intra-personal challenges, enabling you to maximise the impact of your coaching.
