Description
As a coach, you want the women you work with to succeed, yet even the most confident and capable leaders can find themselves held back by deep-seated patterns. What if the key to lasting transformation lies not only in changing how your clients think but also in how they embody the change they seek? Stepping Into Your Power is an evidence-based approach designed to help women transform their relationship with power by reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies and reclaiming their wholeness.
Join Dr Eunice Aquilina, a certified somatic coach, author and coach supervisor, for an inspiring exploration of how somatics can create real, sustained transformation for women leaders. You can discover how integrating body awareness into your coaching practice empowers women to break through their internal glass ceiling, align with their authentic selves, and help them lead with confidence, connection and clarity.

Dr Eunice Aquilina

Dr Eunice Aquilina invites women to step out of the shadows and imagine what is possible when they reclaim their whole selves and create a fundamentally new relationship with power.
It was her own lived experience as a senior leader and the connections she forged with women during her work with and in organisations, that led to the creation of Stepping Into Your Power. An evidence-based approach and a book, Stepping Into Your Power is underpinned by three decades of academic research and direct experience working as a somatic coach and coach supervisor with women leaders in large global organisations.
As a coaching psychologist, Eunice brings care and attention to each partnership. Her clients credit her commitment to building open and trusting relationships and her capacity to hold space for meaningful conversations.
Eunice holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and completed her doctoral research at Middlesex University, focusing on how coaching conversations facilitate learning and change. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, an accredited Master Coach and Coach Supervisor, and a certified Somatic Coach with the Strozzi Institute. Her training includes advanced courses under thought leaders in organisational development and navigating change.
