The BBC reporter and business journalist, Thomas Mason, will lead a panel of Henley Business School staff and alumni in discussing a range of career strategies, including doubling down, pivoting and rebooting.
They’ll offer advice for those thinking about pursuing the next step in their career and take any questions at the end.

- Henley Career Consultant, Helen Slingsby, will be providing insight to help you further understand all three of the different career strategies
- Dr Adeyinka Adewale, Associate Professor of Leadership Ethics and Entrepreneurship at Henley Business School, has pivoted since starting his Henley journey as a student studying Masters in Management (International Business)
- Alex Partridge completed his MBA at Henley and has since rebooted his career. Hear about his journey from Olympic Rower to working at a fast-growing startup, and how he has forged a successful career by focussing on what he loves to do
- Helen Gordon doubled down on her career by studying the Henley MBA. Learn more about how she continued to progress within her career in the NHS and became a CEO - something she never thought was possible.
