Description

Leading inclusively is without doubt one of the most challenging things to ask of a business leader. Why? Because when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), conversations cut to the very core of who they are: their belief system, their values, what they were taught about right and wrong as children and, ultimately, what they stand for as leaders. Coaching can act as a powerful facilitator of self-reflection for leaders, encouraging them to understand their assessments of the world and of people, what triggers their emotive response to DEI, and inviting them to see alternate truths.

Through storytelling, Nadia shares why leaders are resistant, hesitant and fearful of stepping into DEI and what you can do, as a coach, to support leaders’ openness and active participation.
