Title: 'Organizational Cognitive DNA: How Companies Develop Persistent Patterns of Distributed Intelligence'
Abstract: This session explores how organizations develop persistent "intelligence DNA"—distributed patterns of decision-making and problem-solving that define organizational behaviour across time and personnel changes. Drawing from cognitive architecture research, we examine how companies unconsciously embed cognitive processes into their structures, creating self-reinforcing intelligence patterns. Through interactive mapping exercises and case studies, participants will learn to identify their organization's cognitive DNA, understand how these patterns form, and discover methods for intentionally evolving organizational intelligence systems while avoiding cognitive rigidity.
